1. Information We Collect
From Google: Email address and profile info from your Google account.Usage Data: Number of files renamed, feature usage, error logs.We do NOT collect: File contents, files you don't select, browsing history.
2. How We Use Your Information
• Providing the file renaming service
• Managing subscriptions and payments
• Improving the service and fixing bugs
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform and Stripe. All transmissions use HTTPS encryption.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:• Subscription records: Duration of subscription plus 2 years
• Usage analytics: Duration of your subscription
• Error logs: 90 days, then automatically deleted
• Email identifiers: Stored as cryptographic hashes until deletion requestedWhen you request data deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.

• Google Cloud Platform - Hosting and execution
• Stripe - Payment processing
• Supabase - Subscription databaseWe only share minimum data necessary. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
6. Your Rights
• Access and export your data

• Revoke access anytime via Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com)
7. Google API Services Disclosure
RapidRenamer's use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We only use your data to provide file renaming functionality. We do NOT use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
8. Security
• All data transmitted via HTTPS encryption
• Email addresses are cryptographically hashed before storage
• Payment details handled entirely by Stripe - we never see your card

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RapidRenamer, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
RapidRenamer is a Google Workspace Add-on for batch file renaming.• Free Tier — 100 file renames
• Unlimited — $10/year for unlimited renames (subject to change based on demand - pricing will be grandfathered in at initial subscription rate)
3. User Requirements
• You must have a Google account
• You must provide accurate information
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed yearly through Stripe. Cancel anytime through the customer portal. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:• Violate any laws or regulations
• Circumvent usage limits or billing
• Access other users' data
• Disrupt or harm the service
6. Data & Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We only access files you select and never read file contents.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
8. Limitation of Liability
RapidRenamer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.
9. Account Termination & Data
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the billing period ends, then reverts to free tier. To fully delete your account data, email [email protected] per our Privacy Policy.
